Shipping information

What shipping methods are available?

The items are shipped worldwide from Post Aruba, Dutch Caribbean. Registered airmail with a tracking number is a default option. We can use DHL  for rush delivery at additional cost. Please get in touch with us before ordering.

All local orders are free shipping.

International orders of more than US$75 are free shipping.

For orders less than US$75, the shipping cost can be charged from US$8.95, depending on the size and weight. When you place an order, you can see the shipping cost. Remember that it does NOT include customs fees or import tax.

Also now, we are offering fast delivery shipping via DHL Express (2-3 days) Cost to the US, Europe, LATAM, and the Caribbean is $35

Please be informed about your country’s policies and customs fees. All customs forms we fill out will accurately record the package contents and their value.

How will I receive my package?

You will receive your order in a bubble envelope. Each piece of jewelry will be safely protected in a cotton-filled box or plastic bag with labels inside a pouch. The package will be ready to be given as a gift. Envelopes will also include a Certificate of Craftsmanship granted by the Culture Department of Aruba, a business card, and a little description of how the piece of jewelry was created. The invoice for the price paid is not included, but I can provide it upon request.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship the same day for purchase and payment is confirmed before 4 pm or the next business day from Monday to Friday.

The items will be shipped from Aruba via airmail and normally will take 2-3 weeks for the USA and Canada, and up to 6 weeks for worldwide delivery. If rush delivery is needed, you can choose the DHL Express service which takes 3-4 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

What shipping methods are available?

You can pay an order:

  • Credit Cards: American Express and Discover ONLY
  • Debit Card
  • PayPal (Payment with other Credit Cards, Visa Mastercard)

Payment is very much appreciated at the time of purchase. Items will be held for 24 hours in anticipation of payment if checkout was not completed at the time of purchase. If you are unable to complete your purchase within 24 hours please let me know ahead of time.

Is buying online safe?

All reasonable care to make its Site secure has been placed. The website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology (that’s the HTTPS and the lock symbol in the address bar). This is the industry standard for securing online transactions and the exchange of information on a website.

We do not store customers’ credit card details on our systems. This means that customers pass sensitive payment information directly to the 2Checkout platform without sharing their credit card details with us.

We provide a way for registering and login in to view or update your information regarding your orders. Your information is kept for as long as we feel it is necessary but will be removed when required by law or on your request.

How do I place an Order?

Complete the Order Form. Please enter the required information such as a name, email address, delivery address, etc.

After that is complete, select the Payment method of your preference and Place your order. You will receive an email with the confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How Do I Track My Order?

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel an order before the package is sent and you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price in the same way of payment used to place your order. If you want to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel it and you can make a new order.

In case it had already been sent, you will have to return the package as soon as possible in the same conditions that it was received, once received and verified in its status, will refund your money minus shipping charges and send you a confirmation. Please, be sure that all packages must be sent back in a way that they can be tracked.

Remember, we made one-of-a-kind Jewelry, which means, every piece is unique, so, if you would like to change it, remember that is not possible to change it by another size or color.

How can I return a Product?
You can return any product within 15 days of receiving the package; have exceptions on customized orders. Contact us to provide you with the information and refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition.

If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece, please contact us immediately. We do stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to repair the item.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase or we made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we can work it out. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be mailed back to us with insurance, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.

Our goal is that all our customers to be happy, and we work hard for that.

Jewelry Care and Storage

How do I keep beautiful my Sea Glass Jewelry?

When you see your jewelry become a different color, the sea glass, especially white, or the sterling silver be darker, you can use dish soap and warm water and scrub the glass and silver with a toothbrush carefully. Be sure to rinse and wipe gently to dry after cleaning.

Any special care with metals?

We mostly use sterling silver, gold-filled, stainless steel, and in some cases aluminum and brass. Those metals can be kept shiny and clean if you keep it in a closed package away from humidity.

We recommend applying perfumes and hair spray prior to putting on your jewelry to avoid tarnish.

Need special care for my Sea Glass Jewelry?

Remember that it is glass, so when you are wearing or caring for your sea glass jewelry, use extra care. If dropped on a hard surface, like granite or marble it can break, chip, or crack, especially the biggest pieces.

How to store my Sea Glass Jewelry?

To maintain your GF piece as new, we recommend it is stored in an individual bag, in its original packaging, or in a closed box. Try to prevent contact with the air, direct light, or humidity, as this can lead to the deterioration of the piece.

Keep in mind that jewelry is greatly affected by external Ph so it is important to avoid, as far as possible, any contact with perfumes or other cosmetic products.

Product Guarantee

Do you offer a guarantee on all your jewelry?

Yes, if you are not happy with your jewelry we are not happy either. We have a full satisfaction guarantee on all our jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customized or special orders cannot be returned for a refund. Damage caused by carelessness like dropping, or losing your jewelry is not included under this warranty.
